Introducing FullDiary: online booking for UK appointment businesses
FullDiary is a booking system for barbers, salons, therapists, trainers and every other business that runs on appointments. Customers book themselves from your link, the booking lands in your diary, and nobody takes a cut. It is free for 20 bookings a month.
Director, DocMason and FullDiary

Most small businesses do not lose bookings to competitors. They lose them to the phone: it rings while your hands are full, the customer tries the next place, and you never know it happened. FullDiary, from DocMason, gives your customers a way to book themselves at any hour, and gives you one diary that is always right.
What your customers see
Your booking page lives at your own link, docmason.ai/b/your-business, with your name, logo and colours. A customer picks a service, picks a person or first available, picks a time and types their name and email. That is it: no app to download and no account to make. They get a confirmation with a calendar entry for their phone, and a link to change the time or cancel.
Times that fill the gaps
Many booking systems offer times on a fixed grid, every half hour from opening. Book a 45-minute appointment at 12:00 on a grid like that and the next time offered is 13:00, because 12:30 collides: fifteen minutes of your day that nobody can buy. FullDiary works out the next time from the end of the last booking instead, so it offers 12:45. Over an eight-hour day with one such booking at noon, that is 13 times on offer instead of 12.

Your diary
Every booking lands in one diary, with a column for each person who takes bookings and the whole day on one screen, on your phone or your computer. Drag a booking to move it, add a walk-in in a couple of taps, and block out time off. Your team can work from the same diary with their own logins, so nobody has to text anybody to ask what is on.
Bring your customers with you
Moving from another booking system, or a spreadsheet? Export your client list as a CSV file and drop it on the Customers page. FullDiary guesses the columns, including the ones Booksy and Fresha export, and shows you what it found before anything is imported. Nobody is doubled up, even if you run the same file twice, and up to 2,000 customers go in at a time.
Set up in about ten minutes
Setup asks a few quick questions with the answers already filled in for your trade: a barber starts with a haircut, a skin fade and a beard trim at typical prices and a Tuesday to Saturday week, and a personal trainer starts with sessions and an early week. Change what you like, and your page is live at the end.
What it costs
FullDiary is free for 20 bookings a month for one person, with no card and no time limit. Pro makes bookings unlimited for £9.99 a month a person, and never more than £39.99 a month however big the team. There is no commission on any booking, on any plan.
