FullDiary.
The booking system for driving instructors.
Students book their own lessons, the pickup address arrives with the booking, and your day plans itself - the diary rides in the car with you.
Free for 20 bookings a month. No card, no contract, no commission.

The 7am reschedule text
An empty passenger seat earns nothing
Instructing is sold by the hour and driven by the mile. A forgotten lesson or a missing pickup address costs you both.
Lessons forgotten by learners
Teenagers double-book themselves, parents lose track, and you find out when nobody is at the kerb. An unfilled hour in the car cannot be resold at 9am.
Where am I picking you up?
A booking without an address is a text conversation before every lesson - and a day you cannot route until the night before.
You are the booking office
Between lessons, at lights, after hours: every new student and every reschedule comes through your personal phone.
Built for how you work
What FullDiary does for driving instructors
The pickup address, up front
Turn on 'ask for the customer's address' and every booking arrives with the kerb you are driving to - on the appointment, in the emails, in your calendar.
Reminders that reach learners
The day before and the morning of, automatically - so the lesson booked three weeks ago actually gets stood at the kerb for.
Lesson lengths as services
One hour, ninety minutes, two-hour motorway sessions - each with its own duration and price, so the diary books what the lesson really takes.
A diary that rides along
The whole day on your phone between lessons: who is next, where, and one tap to ring them. Reschedules are a drag, and the student can be emailed automatically.
Every feature above is live today. See everything FullDiary does, or the full matrix on the pricing page.
The live diary
Someone running late? Drag them.
This is the real diary, recorded: grab a booking, glide it to another time or another person, and the day re-flows.

Something else on your mind? Ask a human.
Does it collect the pickup address when they book?
Yes - switch on 'ask for the customer's address when they book' and the booking form requires it. The address shows on the appointment, in the confirmation emails and in the calendar entry, so your route plans itself the night before.
Can parents book for their teenager?
Yes. Your booking page is a link anyone can use - a parent books with their own email and gets the confirmation and reminders, so the person paying stays in the loop.
Can I take a deposit for new students?
Yes - set a deposit on any lesson type and the slot is only confirmed when it is paid, through your own Stripe account. Many instructors leave regulars deposit-free and protect first lessons only.
Is it really free to start?
Yes: 20 bookings a month free, with the booking page, the live diary and the QR card included. No card to start, nothing expires, and there is never commission on bookings. Paid plans start at 9.99 GBP a month when you outgrow it.
Do my customers need an app?
No. Your booking page is a link - it opens in their browser, they pick a service and a time, and the confirmation lands by email. Nothing to install on either side.
