FullDiary.
The booking system for beauty salons.
Lashes, brows, waxing and facials - clients book the right treatment with the right time held, deposits protect the slot, and your policies travel with the booking.
Free for 20 bookings a month. No card, no contract, no commission.

Lashes at two, no-show at two
Held the hour, nobody on the bed
Beauty work is booked by the treatment and lost by the no-show - and half the admin is making sure the right client books the right thing.
The patch-test problem
A new client books a lash lift with no patch test on file, and the slot dies on arrival. The rule lives in your head until the booking page carries it.
No-shows on the long treatments
A full set of lashes or a facial holds the bed for over an hour. Held by nothing but goodwill, some of those hours simply never arrive.
Booked by DM, confirmed by hope
Which treatment, which therapist, how long - a dozen messages per booking, typed between clients with your gloves on.
Built for how you work
What FullDiary does for beauty salons
Treatments with true durations
A brow wax and a full facial are not the same slot. Every treatment carries its own time and price - and a patch test can be its own quick appointment.
Your policies, on the page
Patch-test rules, arrival times, cancellation windows - the 'anything they should know' box shows on your booking page and rides along in the confirmation.
Deposits on the big treatments
Protect the hour-plus appointments with a deposit through your own Stripe account. Quick tidy-ups can stay deposit-free.
Reminders that keep the bed full
The day before and the morning of, automatically. Moved or cancelled treatments sort their own reminders out.
Every feature above is live today. See everything FullDiary does, or the full matrix on the pricing page.
The live diary
Someone running late? Drag them.
This is the real diary, recorded: grab a booking, glide it to another time or another person, and the day re-flows.
FAQs

Something else on your mind? Ask a human.
How do I handle patch tests for new clients?
Two honest tools: make the patch test its own short bookable service so new clients book it first, and put your patch-test rule in the 'anything they should know' box - it shows on your booking page and in the confirmation email. FullDiary does not block bookings by client history, so the policy does the talking.
Can clients pick their therapist?
Yes - your booking page lists who does what, and clients only see times that therapist works. Each therapist has their own column in the diary and can have their own login.
Can I take deposits on some treatments and not others?
Yes - deposits are per service. Put one on the long appointments, leave the quick ones free, and the money charges through your own Stripe account with no commission taken.
Is it really free to start?
Yes: 20 bookings a month free, with the booking page, the live diary and the QR card included. No card to start, nothing expires, and there is never commission on bookings. Paid plans start at 9.99 GBP a month when you outgrow it.
Do my customers need an app?
No. Your booking page is a link - it opens in their browser, they pick a service and a time, and the confirmation lands by email. Nothing to install on either side.
