Can clients book a specific stylist?
Yes. Your booking page lists who does what; clients pick their stylist (or take whoever is free) and only see times that stylist actually works. Each stylist keeps their own hours, services and prices where they differ.
Do reminders really reduce no-shows?
Email reminders go out on the schedule you pick - the day before, the morning of, or both. Cancelling or moving an appointment automatically cancels and reschedules its reminders. Reminders are included with the Growth plan.
Is it priced per stylist like the big salon apps?
No. One flat price covers the salon - Growth includes up to five bookable staff, Business has no limit, and staff logins are always included rather than sold as seats. You never pay more for being busier.
Is it really free to start?
Yes: 20 bookings a month free, with the booking page, the live diary and the QR card included. No card to start, nothing expires, and there is never commission on bookings. Paid plans start at 9.99 GBP a month when you outgrow it.
Do my customers need an app?
No. Your booking page is a link - it opens in their browser, they pick a service and a time, and the confirmation lands by email. Nothing to install on either side.
