Do you take a commission on bookings?
Never. Not a penny of any booking, on any plan. You pay 9.99 GBP a month for each person, or nothing at all on Free, and the customer who has come to you for ten years stays yours.
What happens when I reach 20 bookings on Free?
Nothing dramatic. Your booking page tells customers online booking is full for the moment and to give you a ring, and the diary tells you the month's limit is in. It resets on the first of the month, and Pro makes bookings unlimited for 9.99 GBP a month, which is less than one no-show.
Do staff need their own subscription?
No, there is one plan for the shop. Pro is 9.99 GBP a month for each person, and every one of them gets their own login. It never goes above 39.99 GBP a month, so from the fourth person on, everyone else is free.
Who counts as a person?
Everyone the shop runs on: you, each member of staff customers can book, and anyone else with a login. Someone you have retired or parked does not count. Add or remove people whenever you like and the bill follows, worked out to the day.
Are deposits really on the free plan?
Really. Deposits and pay-in-full go through your own Stripe account, so there is nothing for us to charge you for. Stripe takes its usual small fee, and that is between you and Stripe.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Any time, from Settings, with no phone call to anyone. Pro starts straight away. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and your bookings, customers and invoices stay exactly where they are.
Is card payment on invoices different from booking deposits?
Yes, and it is the one line worth reading twice. Booking deposits use your own Stripe and are on every plan. Pay Now on an invoice, where a customer settles the invoice itself by card, is part of Pro, along with the QuoteChaser follow-ups that chase it for you.
