The FullDiary diary on a busy Saturday: the live clock and the day's takings on top, four columns of bookings with customer photos, lunch breaks marked
A customer's phone on a FullDiary booking page: the shop's logo and address, and services with prices, ready to book

Six until eight, six days a week

The diary works until the day fills up

A trainer's day is early starts, late finishes and a phone that never stops between them. The messages, the moved sessions and the missed ones are what break it.

Booked by text between sets

"Can we do Thursday instead?" lands while you are counting reps. You are the booking office, and you answer it in the car park at nine at night.

The 6am no-show

An hour you got up for and an hour somebody else wanted. Without a deposit or a block behind it, nothing holds the slot.

Progress in a notebook

Last week's weights, the assessment numbers, the health form. If it lives in a notebook or your head, nobody can see it, least of all the client.

Try it

Book yourself in, the way your clients will.

Four taps on the phone, and watch the booking land in the diary beside it. That is all your clients see: no app, no account, no password to invent.

The diary

The screen your diary lives on.

Each trainer is a column, a session is dragged when a client's day changes, and the whole week runs on your phone between clients.

Someone running late? Drag their booking to another column or time and drop it. The diary updates and the customer gets the new time by email. (A real screen recording.)

  • Drag a booking to a new time - the emails follow it
  • Draw across an empty space to book a walk-in
  • Done, no-show or cancelled, marked as you go
  • One tap makes it full screen for the tablet by the till

What comes with it

Everything FullDiary handles for personal trainers.

Before they arrive

  • The health questionnaire, before session oneAsked on the booking page when a new client books, with a typed-name agreement. On their profile with a PDF, on every plan.
  • A deposit on the assessmentNew clients pay a deposit as they book their assessment, through your own Stripe account. A session on a block has nothing left to pay.
  • Reminders that get them out of bedThe day before and the morning of, by email, and by text on Pro. Clients move their own session from the confirmation.
  • One link for the bioYour photo, your prices and your real free times. The link answers 'when are you free?' so the DMs stop.

On the day

  • Same slot every weekSet a client's session to repeat weekly and the diary keeps it topped up. Their Tuesday 6am is theirs until they say otherwise.
  • Every session's numbers, on fileWeight, then sets, reps and load per exercise, with Copy last time so only the numbers change, and a best per exercise on the profile.
  • "Running five minutes late", one tapMessage the client from the session. They see it on their page and reply into your inbox, not your personal number.
  • Half hours that fit the gapsA half hour is offered in the half-hour gap between two sessions, so a full morning has no dead time in it.

After

  • Blocks of five and ten, paid up frontSold on your booking page through your own Stripe. Each session comes off the block and the client sees the balance.
  • Progress they can seeShare session records and the client's own page shows their numbers. The private note you write underneath never leaves your diary.
  • The numbers, without a spreadsheetSessions in the book for the month, blocks sold, takings and your busiest hours, live on the overview.

Every feature above is live today, and because it is DocMason underneath, invoices and quotes are on the same login. See every feature.

The overview

What the month is worth, before it happens

The overview is where the money lives: sessions in the book for the next 30 days, the week as coloured bars per trainer, takings, deposits held and how many bookings came through your page.

  • Money in the book for the next 30 days, in pounds
  • Every trainer's week side by side, in their colours
  • What no-shows cost, and what the deposit saved
The FullDiary overview: money in the book for the next 30 days, the week's appointments as coloured bars per person, takings this month, deposits held, no-show cost and today's list
A customer's phone on the booking page's Who with? step: first available, then each person with their photo and a line about them
A customer's phone showing real free times: a date strip and a grid of tappable slots

Their side

Your page, on your clients' phones.

Your name, your services, your prices, in your colours. This is what opens when one of your clients taps the link in your bio or scans your QR card. No app, no account, booked in under a minute.

  • Real times, not requests: slots come from the live diary's actual gaps
  • Nothing to download and no password to invent
  • Confirmation lands by email, with add-to-calendar and a link to move it

FAQs

Questions from personal trainers, answered straight

What it costs, what your clients see, and how FullDiary fits the way personal trainers actually work.

Something else on your mind? Ask a human.

Can clients buy a block of sessions?

Yes, on Pro. Set up a block of five or ten sessions, sell it on your booking page through your own Stripe account or at the desk from the client's profile, and each session they book comes off it. The client sees the balance on their own page.

Does the health questionnaire come before the first session?

Yes. Attach it to the assessment, or to every service, and it is asked on the booking page when a new client books, with a typed-name agreement. The answers sit on their profile with a PDF, on every plan including Free.

Can clients see their own progress?

If you want them to. Switch on sharing under Your shop, Keeping customers, and each client's own page shows the numbers from their session records: weight, personal best and every exercise. Your private note never leaves your diary.

Can a client keep the same slot every week?

Yes. Open their session in the diary, press repeat, and pick weekly or every few weeks. The diary keeps the slot topped up ahead, on every plan including Free.

I train people at a gym, not my own premises. Does that matter?

No. The booking page shows where you train, and clients book the times you actually work: six until eight, split shifts, whatever the week looks like, with the gaps between sessions offered as real slots.

Is it really free to start?

Yes, and it is not a trial. Twenty sessions a month, with the booking page, the live diary, the questionnaire, reminders and messages included. A full diary outgrows that in a week, and Pro is 9.99 GBP a month a person, never more than 39.99 GBP, when it does.

Is it really free to start?

Yes, and it is not a trial. Twenty bookings a month, with the booking page, the live diary and the QR card included, for as long as you like. No card, nothing expires, and there is never commission on bookings. Pro is 9.99 GBP a month a person, never more than 39.99 GBP, when you outgrow it.

Do my clients need an app?

No. Your booking page is a link. It opens in their browser, they pick a service and a time, and the confirmation lands by email with an add-to-calendar file. Nothing to install on either side, and no password for anyone to forget.
