Online booking
Your customers book themselves, while you work.
A booking page that reads your actual diary, so the times it offers are times you can genuinely do. Live in about ten minutes, and it never takes a cut of the money.
£9.99 a month, unlimited bookings, never a commission. Free to start: 20 bookings a month, no card.

The problem
Most small businesses lose bookings to the phone, not to competitors.
You cannot answer mid-job
Hands full, gloves on, someone in the chair. The phone rings out, they try the next place, and you never know it happened.
Evenings go on admin
Messages on three apps, a voicemail, a text at 11pm. You are the booking system, and it runs on your own time.
Marketplaces charge for your own regulars
Some take a commission on every booking, including the customer who has come to you for years and found you themselves.
How it works
Three steps, then it runs itself.
- 01
Answer ten questions
What you do, how long it takes, what it costs and when you work. The answers come pre-filled for your trade, so most people change a couple and move on.
- 02
Your page goes live
docmason.ai/b/your-shop, with your name, your colours and your photo. Put the link in your Instagram bio, your Google profile and your window.
- 03
Bookings land in the diary
Confirmed instantly, with a calendar file for their phone. You see it appear. Nobody has to type anything in twice.
What you get
The details that matter on a busy day.
The times are real
Your hours, your breaks, your holidays and everything already booked. Two people cannot take the same slot: the database itself refuses the second one, so it is not a race.
It fills the gaps
A 30 minute job is offered the 30 minute hole between two bookings, not just the top of the hour. A diary that only offers round numbers leaves money in the gaps.
No commission, ever
Your customers are yours. FullDiary charges a flat monthly price or nothing at all, and never a slice of the booking.
It works on their phone
Most people book from a phone in about forty seconds. No app to download, no account to make.
FAQs
Questions, answered straight
The things people ask about online booking before they sign up.
Something else on your mind? Ask a human.
How long does it take to set up?
About ten minutes. The setup asks ten questions with the answers already filled in for your trade, and your page is live at the end of it.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. Never a percentage of a booking, on any plan. You pay a flat monthly price - £9.99 for unlimited bookings - or nothing at all on the free plan, which covers 20 bookings a month.
Can customers book more than one thing at once?
Yes. They can stack services in one visit and the page adds the time up, so a cut and a beard trim books the right 45 minutes rather than two separate slots.
What if I do not want people booking whenever they like?
You set the hours, the breaks and how far ahead people can book. Anything outside that is never offered.
Do I need a website?
No. The booking page is a web page in its own right, with your name and photo on it. Plenty of businesses use it as their only online presence.
