FullDiary.
The booking system for massage therapists.
Clients book themselves in while your hands are busy, deposits hold the hour, and the day runs back-to-back without the phone breaking the quiet.
Free for 20 bookings a month. No card, no contract, no commission.

Oiled hands cannot text back
Hands full for an hour, phone full all day
Massage sells calm by the hour - and the admin around it is anything but. Every message answered between clients is the quiet broken twice.
Enquiries you cannot answer
Bookings arrive while your hands are oiled and your phone is across the room. Reply two hours later and half of them have booked someone else.
A no-show is a whole hour
The room warm, the couch dressed, the hour held - and nobody comes. Without a deposit, the quiet costs you the session.
Regulars who drift
The client who swears by a monthly massage books ten weeks late. Rebooking before they leave, or being one tap away when the ache returns, is the difference.
Built for how you work
What FullDiary does for massage therapists
Deposits that hold the hour
Take a deposit - or the full price - when they book, through your own Stripe account. The slot is only confirmed once it is paid, and no-shows stop being free.
No dead gaps between treatments
A 75-minute deep tissue does not fit a neat grid. FullDiary offers times from the end of your previous appointment, not from a fixed grid - so odd-length treatments stop stranding half-hours nobody can book.
Mobile? The address arrives first
Switch on 'ask for the customer's address' and every mobile booking comes with the doorstep - on the appointment, in the emails, in your calendar.
A QR card for the way out
Print it from your dashboard and stand it by the door. 'Book your next one before you leave' does your rebooking while the calm is still working.
Every feature above is live today. See everything FullDiary does, or the full matrix on the pricing page.
The live diary
Someone running late? Drag them.
This is the real diary, recorded: grab a booking, glide it to another time or another person, and the day re-flows.
FAQs
Questions from massage therapists, answered straight
What it costs, what your customers see, and how FullDiary fits the way massage therapists actually work.
Something else on your mind? Ask a human.
Can I take a deposit on the long treatments only?
Yes - deposits are per service, so a 90-minute hot stones can ask for a hold while a 30-minute back-and-shoulders stays deposit-free. Deposits charge through your own connected Stripe account and FullDiary takes no commission.
Can clients tell me about injuries before they arrive?
There is a note box on the booking form for anything they want you to know, and your own policies show on the booking page and in the confirmation email. FullDiary does not do structured intake forms - keep your consultation questions for the room; what it guarantees is the right person on the couch at the right time.
What does it cost?
Free for 20 bookings a month with the booking page, live diary and QR card included. Starter makes bookings unlimited at 9.99 GBP a month; Growth adds automatic reminders. No commission on bookings, ever.
Is it really free to start?
Yes: 20 bookings a month free, with the booking page, the live diary and the QR card included. No card to start, nothing expires, and there is never commission on bookings. Paid plans start at 9.99 GBP a month when you outgrow it.
Do my customers need an app?
No. Your booking page is a link - it opens in their browser, they pick a service and a time, and the confirmation lands by email. Nothing to install on either side.
