Can I take different deposits for different sittings?
Yes - deposits are set per service, so a consultation can be deposit-free while a full-day sitting asks for a meaningful hold. Deposits charge through your own connected Stripe account and FullDiary takes no commission.
Can guest artists get their own diary access?
Yes. Add them as bookable staff with their own hours, services and login - they see the studio's day and manage their own column. When the guest spot ends, remove their access and the person stays in your records.
Do clients book a specific artist?
Yes - your booking page lists who does what, and clients only see times that artist actually works. Walk-in-friendly studios can also type bookings straight into the diary.
Is it really free to start?
Yes: 20 bookings a month free, with the booking page, the live diary and the QR card included. No card to start, nothing expires, and there is never commission on bookings. Paid plans start at 9.99 GBP a month when you outgrow it.
Do my customers need an app?
No. Your booking page is a link - it opens in their browser, they pick a service and a time, and the confirmation lands by email. Nothing to install on either side.
