FullDiary.
The booking system for physiotherapists.
Patients book their own slot - assessment or follow-up at its real length - reminders cut the DNAs, and every practitioner runs their own column on one live diary.
Free for 20 bookings a month. No card, no contract, no commission.

Three DNAs by Thursday
The diary was full. The plinth is empty.
Physio runs on courses of treatment - and a course only works if the next session gets booked, remembered and stood up for.
The DNA problem
A did-not-attend is thirty minutes you prepared for and cannot resell at 2pm. Most DNAs are not rudeness, they are forgetting - which makes them preventable.
Follow-ups that never get booked
'Ring us to book your next one' is where treatment plans go to die. If the patient can book tonight from the sofa, session three actually happens.
The phone versus the patient
Without a receptionist, every enquiry rings out against a treatment in progress. The answerphone fills up, and the new patient books wherever answered.
Built for how you work
What FullDiary does for physiotherapists
Assessments and follow-ups, sized right
A 45-minute initial assessment and a 30-minute follow-up are different services with their own durations and prices - the diary holds what each appointment really takes.
Reminders that cut the DNAs
The day before and the morning of, automatically. Moved or cancelled appointments sort their own reminders out, so nobody is reminded of a session that is not happening.
A column for every practitioner
Each physio gets their own column, colour, hours and login - they run their own list on their phone without touching the clinic's settings or money pages.
Booked from the sofa, straight to the calendar
Your booking page is one link: patients pick their practitioner and a real slot, and the confirmation lands by email with a one-tap add-to-calendar file.
Every feature above is live today. See everything FullDiary does, or the full matrix on the pricing page.
The live diary
Someone running late? Drag them.
This is the real diary, recorded: grab a booking, glide it to another time or another person, and the day re-flows.
FAQs
Questions from physiotherapists, answered straight
What it costs, what your customers see, and how FullDiary fits the way physiotherapists actually work.
Something else on your mind? Ask a human.
Can patients book a specific physiotherapist?
Yes - your booking page lists each practitioner, with a photo and a line about them if you add one, and patients only see times that person actually works. A follow-up booked with the same physio keeps the course consistent.
Does it keep clinical notes?
No, honestly - FullDiary runs the diary, not the clinical record. Each appointment carries a private staff note the patient never sees, but treatment notes, outcome measures and insurance paperwork stay in the system you keep them in today.
Can I take payment or a deposit at booking?
Yes - connect your own Stripe account and any service can ask for a deposit or the full session price; the slot is only confirmed once it is paid. Many clinics protect initial assessments this way and leave follow-ups free to book. FullDiary takes no commission.
Is it really free to start?
Yes: 20 bookings a month free, with the booking page, the live diary and the QR card included. No card to start, nothing expires, and there is never commission on bookings. Paid plans start at 9.99 GBP a month when you outgrow it.
Do my customers need an app?
No. Your booking page is a link - it opens in their browser, they pick a service and a time, and the confirmation lands by email. Nothing to install on either side.
