Messages
Talk to customers without giving out your number.
One inbox, one conversation per customer, tied to their booking and their history. They reply on their own page; you answer from the desk.
£9.99 a month, unlimited bookings, never a commission. Free to start: 20 bookings a month, no card.

The problem
Right now your business runs through a personal phone on four different apps.
The conversation is in five places
Instagram, WhatsApp, a text, a voicemail and a comment. Nobody can find what was agreed, including you.
Your number is out there forever
Once a customer has your mobile, they have it on a Sunday. Getting it back is not really possible.
Nobody else can pick it up
If the messages are on your phone, the shop cannot answer them when you are off.
How it works
Three steps, then it runs itself.
- 01
Every customer gets a page
Made the moment they book. Their appointment, the ability to move it, and a message box.
- 02
They message you there
It arrives in the shop's inbox with their booking and their history attached, so you can answer knowing who they are.
- 03
You answer from anywhere
The desk, the app, or your phone browser. They get an email saying there is a reply. Your number stays yours.
What you get
The details that matter on a busy day.
Tied to the booking
Open a conversation and you can see what they have booked, what they had last time and what they paid. No scrolling back through a chat to work out who somebody is.
The whole shop can answer
It belongs to the business, not to a handset. Anybody with a login can pick up a thread.
Running late, in one line
The message people actually need to send most days, sent from the card in the diary rather than from a contacts list.
They can opt out
Every notification email carries a stop link, and it is honoured. Nobody is trapped in a conversation.
FAQs
Questions, answered straight
The things people ask about messages before they sign up.
Something else on your mind? Ask a human.
Do customers need an app or an account?
No. Their page is a link in their confirmation email. It opens in any browser with no password.
Will they get my mobile number?
No. Everything goes through the inbox, and the emails come from your business name.
Can I switch it off?
Yes, in Settings. The inbox and the customer's message box both disappear.
Is it live chat?
No, and deliberately. It is a conversation that waits for you, more like email than a chat window, so nobody expects an answer in ten seconds while you are working.
