FullDiary.

The booking system for podiatrists.

Patients book their own slot - clinic or home visit - reminders keep the DNAs down, and the six-week regulars come back when their feet need you, not when they remember.

A caseload of regulars

Feet in the chair, phone going unanswered

Podiatry runs on regulars and referrals - six-week cycles, home-visit rounds, and a phone that rings while both your hands are busy.

Regulars who slip the cycle

Six weeks becomes ten, then a painful phone call. If rebooking took one tap from their sofa - or thirty seconds at the desk - the cycle would hold.

DNAs on a tight list

A did-not-attend is thirty prepared minutes gone, and gaps in a podiatry list do not backfill themselves. A reminder the day before is the cheapest fix there is.

Home visits, half-planned

A domiciliary booking without the address is a phone call before every visit - and a round you cannot plan until the night before.

Built for how you work

What FullDiary does for podiatrists

Reminders that hold the cycle

The day before and the morning of, automatically - so the appointment made six weeks ago actually gets sat in. Moved or cancelled appointments sort their own reminders out.

Home visits with the address up front

Switch on 'ask for the customer's address' and every domiciliary booking arrives with the doorstep - on the appointment, in the emails, in your calendar, so the round plans itself.

Clinic work and home visits, priced apart

A nail cut, a full assessment and a home visit are different services with their own durations and prices - the diary holds what each really takes.

The whole list on your phone

Who is next, where, and one tap to ring them. Walk the day between visits, drag a booking when the round changes, and the patient can be emailed automatically.

Every feature above is live today. See everything FullDiary does, or the full matrix on the pricing page.

The live diary

Someone running late? Drag them.

This is the real diary, recorded: grab a booking, glide it to another time or another person, and the day re-flows.

FAQs

Something else on your mind? Ask a human.

Does it work for domiciliary visits?

Yes. Turn on 'ask for the customer's address when they book' and the booking form requires it. The address shows on the appointment, in the confirmation emails and in the calendar entry - so a day of home visits plans itself the night before.

Can patients rebook their six-week slot before they leave?

There is no automatic recurring booking yet, honestly. What works today: type their next appointment into the diary in seconds while they put their shoes on (saved patients fill their own details), or they book from home in a few taps - and the reminder email makes sure it is not forgotten either way.

Does it store treatment notes?

No - FullDiary runs the diary, not the clinical record. Each appointment carries a private staff note the patient never sees, but treatment records and anything clinical stay in the system you keep them in today.

Is it really free to start?

Yes: 20 bookings a month free, with the booking page, the live diary and the QR card included. No card to start, nothing expires, and there is never commission on bookings. Paid plans start at 9.99 GBP a month when you outgrow it.

Do my customers need an app?

No. Your booking page is a link - it opens in their browser, they pick a service and a time, and the confirmation lands by email. Nothing to install on either side.
