FullDiary.
The booking system for osteopaths.
New patients book the long first appointment, follow-ups book the short one, reminders keep the DNAs down - and the diary runs itself between treatments.
Free for 20 bookings a month. No card, no contract, no commission.

Bad backs do not ring at lunch
A back goes at 6am. Your phone opens at nine.
Osteopathy is an in-pain-now purchase: people book with whoever can see them soonest. Every unanswered hour is a patient treated somewhere else.
Acute pain books at odd hours
The searching happens at 6am, gingerly, from bed. If your diary is not open online, the first clinic that is gets the patient.
Hands on, phone ringing
Every enquiry competes with the patient on the table. Rushed calls book wrong lengths; missed calls book nowhere.
DNAs and the follow-up fade
A course of treatment only works if appointment three happens. Unreminded, week-three patients feel better on Tuesday and forget by Thursday.
Built for how you work
What FullDiary does for osteopaths
First appointments, sized honestly
A 45-minute new-patient assessment and a 30-minute follow-up are different services with their own durations and prices - patients pick the right one on the page.
Open all night, without you
Your booking page never sleeps: the 6am searcher sees your real availability and books while motivation - and pain - are at their peak.
Reminders that cut the DNAs
The day before and the morning of, automatically. Moved or cancelled appointments sort their own reminders out.
Every practitioner, their own column
Each osteopath gets their own column, colour, hours and login - they run their own list without touching the clinic's settings or money pages.
Every feature above is live today. See everything FullDiary does, or the full matrix on the pricing page.
The live diary
Someone running late? Drag them.
This is the real diary, recorded: grab a booking, glide it to another time or another person, and the day re-flows.
FAQs
Questions from osteopaths, answered straight

Can new patients be steered to the longer first appointment?
Your services list shows 'New patient - first visit' with its own length and price, and the 'anything they should know' box states who books what - most patients pick correctly when the page is clear. FullDiary does not block bookings by patient history, so the wording does the steering.
Can patients pay or leave a deposit when booking?
Yes - connect your own Stripe account and any appointment type can take a deposit or the full fee at booking; the slot is only confirmed once it is paid. Many clinics protect the long new-patient slot this way and leave follow-ups free to book. FullDiary takes no commission.
Does it keep case notes?
No - the same straight answer we give physios and podiatrists: FullDiary runs the diary, not the clinical record. A private staff note rides each appointment (never shown to the patient), and your case histories stay in the system you keep them in today.
Is it really free to start?
Yes: 20 bookings a month free, with the booking page, the live diary and the QR card included. No card to start, nothing expires, and there is never commission on bookings. Paid plans start at 9.99 GBP a month when you outgrow it.
Do my customers need an app?
No. Your booking page is a link - it opens in their browser, they pick a service and a time, and the confirmation lands by email. Nothing to install on either side.
