Can each barber see their own bookings?
Yes. Every barber can have their own login: they see the whole day, work their own column, and take walk-ins - without touching your settings, prices or money pages. Logins are included with your staff slots, never charged per seat.
Can I take deposits to stop no-shows?
Yes. Connect your own Stripe account, set a deposit on any service, and the slot is only confirmed when the deposit is paid. The money goes straight to your Stripe account - FullDiary never holds it and takes no commission.
What about walk-ins?
Type them straight into the diary - name optional, one tap fills 'Walk-in'. The column blocks out like any booking so the next customer sees the true availability.
Is it really free to start?
Yes: 20 bookings a month free, with the booking page, the live diary and the QR card included. No card to start, nothing expires, and there is never commission on bookings. Paid plans start at 9.99 GBP a month when you outgrow it.
Do my customers need an app?
No. Your booking page is a link - it opens in their browser, they pick a service and a time, and the confirmation lands by email. Nothing to install on either side.
