Your Google review link opens the review form for your business straight away, so a happy customer can leave stars in two taps instead of searching for you first. It looks like g.page/r/ followed by a code.
To get it:
- On a computer, sign in to the Google account that manages your Business Profile.
- Search Google for your business name. Your profile appears with the tools only you can see.
- Choose Read reviews, then Get more reviews.
- Press Copy. The link is now on your clipboard. The same box offers a QR code to print for the counter.
Google only shows these buttons to someone who manages the profile. If you cannot see them, check you are signed in to the Google account that manages it, and that the profile is verified in Google Business Profile. Google moves its buttons now and then; its own guide is Create a Google link or QR code to request reviews, in Business Profile Help.
Then, in DocMason, go to Your shop, People and places, open Links on the store's card, paste the link into Review link and press Save links. Each store has its own, so a shop with two addresses sends each customer to the right one. From then on, the day after a finished visit at that store the customer gets one email asking how it was, with your link. No-shows and cancelled bookings never get one, and nobody is asked twice for the same visit.
On Growth, the same link can also sit on your booking page as a Reviews button: add it under Make it yours, Links.
