Can I list what is included and excluded?
Yes - each item is a line, and notes at the bottom cover what is not included. Say it in one sentence or fill in the form; either way the total is done in exact pence.
Can the customer accept online?
From the Starter plan, yes: the emailed quote has an accept link, one tap marks it accepted, and the valid-until date stops old prices being accepted later.
Can I turn the quote into the invoice after the clean?
One click: every line and the customer carry over and the invoice takes your next number. Regular customers are saved, so the next quote is 'quote Sarah again'.

Does the AI do the maths?
No, and that is deliberate. The AI reads what you typed; plain deterministic code computes every total, discount and VAT figure in exact pence. AI is good at language and bad at arithmetic, so it only does the first one.
