Can I quote in stages and invoice in stages?
Yes - each stage is a line on the quote. When it is accepted, one click turns it into an invoice; for staged payments, a deposit or stage invoice is just an invoice raised from one sentence, and the dashboard tracks what is still owed.
Can the customer accept online?
From the Starter plan, yes: the emailed quote carries an accept link, one tap marks it accepted in your dashboard, and the button stops after the valid-until date so an old price cannot be accepted months later.
What happens when they go quiet?
