Yes - say the job as you priced it ('living room 260, hall stairs and landing 380, materials 120') and each becomes its own line. Every total, including VAT, is computed by deterministic code in exact pence - the AI never does the maths.
I work for builders as well as homeowners - anything I should know?
The same straight answer we give builders and roofers: DocMason does not calculate CIS deductions yet, so if most of your work is subcontracting under CIS, we are not the right fit today. Invoicing homeowners and your own customers direct, everything here is live.
