Can I split parts and labour on the invoice?
Yes - say the job with the split in the sentence ('pads and discs 168, labour 106') and each becomes its own line. Every total, including VAT, is computed by deterministic code in exact pence - the AI never does the maths.
Can the customer pay before they drive off?
On the Growth plan, yes - connect your own Stripe account and every invoice carries a card payment link, so they can settle it at the counter on their phone. The money goes straight to you; DocMason takes no cut.
What about my regular trade customers?
