Can I itemise materials and labour separately?
Yes - say each part of the job and each becomes its own line with quantity and price. All arithmetic, including VAT at 0, 5 or 20 percent, is computed by deterministic code in exact pence.
Can customers pay the invoice by card?
On the Growth plan, yes: a Pay Now button through your own Stripe account sits on the invoice's online copy. The money lands with you and the invoice marks itself paid.
Is it really free?

Does the AI do the maths?
No, and that is deliberate. The AI reads what you typed; plain deterministic code computes every total, discount and VAT figure in exact pence. AI is good at language and bad at arithmetic, so it only does the first one.
