Help/FullDiary bookings

Can I sell blocks of sessions, and book a regular in every week?

Yes - a package is a set of sessions paid for up front (sold on your booking page through your own Stripe, or at the desk from the customer's profile), and each session they book comes off it; a booked appointment can repeat at the same time every week with one press.

Under Your shop, Packages, add what you sell in blocks: a name, how many sessions, the price for the lot, whether unused sessions lapse, and which service it covers. Trainers, clinics, instructors and tutors get suggestions ready to add with one tap.

Sell one at the desk from the customer's profile (Sell a package) and it goes on straight away, however they paid you. With card payments connected, packages are on your booking page too: the customer pays through your own Stripe account and gets an email with what they bought and a link to book.

From then on, every session they book - online with the email they bought it with, or typed into the diary - comes off the package automatically. The diary card and their booking page say how many are left. A cancelled session goes back on; a no-show does not. When the block is used up, bookings go back to the normal price.

Same time every week: open a booked appointment in the diary and press "Same time every week". It goes in the diary for the weeks ahead you choose, keeps topping itself up, and takes package sessions as it goes. A week that clashes is skipped, not forced. Stop repeating whenever you like; the ones already in the diary stay until you cancel them.

Packages are part of Growth. Standing weekly appointments are on every plan.
