Go to Settings, then Business details, and add your account name, sort code and account number (or IBAN and BIC, or a note such as a PayPal address). They print in a Payment details block on every invoice. Quotes never show bank details.
You can also tell the AI creator: "add my bank details, sort code 12-34-56, account number 12345678". They are saved to your business and used on every future invoice, not just the one you are writing.
Your logo is uploaded under Settings too, or from the Design panel in the editor, and goes on every invoice and quote. Card payments are a separate step: connect your own Stripe account on the Growth plan and every invoice carries a pay-by-card link as well.
